Ava is our little gymnast!  Every time we go to the park she's always swinging on something.  I must remember to register her for gymnastics in the fall.

It's the start of the long weekend and Mike is working today and tomorrow.  The weather is absolutely beautiful and the girls, Maverick and I decided to spend the morning at the park.  We had a great time and here they are taking a break under a tree, with Maverick always watching over them.  Love it!

And here is our little climber Ava, determined to get up there on her own.  I believe her words were "my, do it"!

Weeeeeeee!  Look at me!!



Now all this playing has got me tired out!

We are having company this weekend, Mike's brother Mark and his girlfriend Carine are coming to visit.  I gave Mike two options, he could either take the girls to the park so I could get some power cleaning done before they got here, or I could take the girls to the park and he could do the cleaning.  I was shocked when he told me he would clean and I could go to the park.  Told me I could use the break.  What a nice man!  Clearly I got the good end of that deal.  Here's Claire playing on the big swings.

After preschool today, Claire was invited to the playground with a bunch of her friends.  This is her best buddy Keanen driving them around in the "bus".
